    You did a wonderful job of getting Paula to be open about how H&R Block is using social media. Too often, companies are afraid to embrace social marketing or think that "throwing up a page on (insert site here)" will do the trick. It is refreshing to see a company truly engage with it market through social media and also admit that some efforts have not been successful. Thanks for sharing this with all of us.
