    Dare I mention another Toronto band here? One that didn't break up, and only took a hiatus when a band member got rocked by tragedy? One that's been dropping six-figure gifts left and right on the last tour (which was amazing, IMHO.)

    What is it about you Canadians and your longevity? Is it all the extra u's in your words?

    I'll be at the gig tonight at the Commodore in Vancouver adding to my trove of DOA stories. These guys are true Canadian heroes and despite line-up shuffles, they survived through a lot of political administrations, world events, attitude adjustments, musical trends and they rock it like they wanna.
