Sell what is rare. Sell what not everyone can have. Many things in the digital economy are widely distributed and inexpensive, especially digital music.
I sure hope this does well. It goes straight to the heart of how the mmusic economy has to change.

Re: Happy Canada Day

One word, RUSH! (It's right up there with my favourite Christmas songs, too, but that's another story.) Cold, ice, skating, singer from Saskatchewan, etc.

I think it helps that the Canadian figure skater Toller Cranston is on the album cover, too.

So there's that one, and now there's anything that's played on the Six String Nation guitar...
-L.

Re: Happy Canada Day

Love the tunes ,,, Ehhhhhh

jp

Re: Happy Canada Day

It’s business as usual for me today, for some crazy reason we don’t get Canada Day off in the States.

We really need to do something about that, how are we supposed to follow the first day of NHL Free Agency?

Re: Reach Out and Touch Someone

Other: finding the nearest Las Palmas.

Re: Firefox Tip - Synchronize your bookmarks between machines

I have used and it is a good addon though there are other ways you can synchronize your bookmarks.

Re: Why You Should Not Use Meetup

My pleasure. This is actually really helpful information as we are toying with different online "group" meeting places for some specialized Shared Interest Groups we are creating at the Chamber. I'm sure that Rogers has something to do with that too. It's
remarkable how ripped off Canadians are when it comes to mobile services.
It's practically criminal not to encourage Canadians to use and develop new
mobile tools. That's a good reason why you see so much cell phone innovation
coming from outside of Canada. It's too bad too.

Re: Reach Out and Touch Someone

As part of m part of me saving money for the last 2 years now (NOT as a result to the recession), I totally downsized. I went from blackberry to iphone down to the most boring flip phone with Virgin. It has become totally foreign to me to use my phone for anything else but talking to people. I oftentimes dream of the world that I could simply use my phone for all those fun things. It would drastically change how I do business with 2.0, but for now, I have to use my phone as a phone and get down to business (and maybe text a few messages to twitter).

Cheers, Hans

Re: Reach Out and Touch Someone

Ha! There is something to be said for real connection
though. Voice is the closest thing to meeting in person.

I'm not talking down about online relationships, far from it.
