Not sure why it's adding a RT button - should only be concerned with bit.ly links, surely?

Re: Make Twitter Kick Ass

Aha! So Troys Twitter Script does an auto-More when you reach the foot of a page.

Something's adding a lot of RT buttons though - might be a couple of plugins/scripts don't play nicely together.

Re: Make Twitter Kick Ass

I use Power Twitter and another add-in called TwitterBar; as for GreaseMonkey scripts I've been Nested Twitter Replies but I'll give Troys Twitter Script a try - it looks like it's Nested Twitter Replies plus more, which is good.

Re: Make Twitter Kick Ass

Your welcome. Install greasemonkey first, then the others. it should
be pretty easy. If you need help let me know.

Poor spelling and extreme brevity brought to you by iPhone.

www.davemadethat.com

Re: Make Twitter Kick Ass

Thanks for the intro to Greasemonkey. Wish one of the apps incorporated all this functionality.

Re: Make Twitter Kick Ass

Thanks, I'll add one.

Re: Make Twitter Kick Ass

You need a normal "follow" link (a little blue bird icon would be awesome) for people that don't like logging into their Twitter account on someone else's webpage, so we don't have to search you. Especially if we use flashblock. Just saying.

Re: Make Twitter Kick Ass

Thanks. Great point.
There are settings in the top right corner once you install Troy's Script.
You can configure it in a bunch of different ways, so disabling images is
easy to do.

Let me know what you think.
D

Re: Make Twitter Kick Ass

Yea, see the settings in the top right corner, and uncheck "image embed"

Re: Make Twitter Kick Ass

Ooh! I'm socially healthy!!

Actually, thanks for pointing out the video - not b/c I'm in it (yay! I'm in it!) but b/c those are awesome greasemonkey scripts, checking them out.
Then wondering if there's a way I can disable the picture viewing in Troy's - b/c I love everything but that. Hate having embedded pics in my stream. Have had "issues" with that on other services with those who didn't get that not everything is "work safe" or "kid safe" to post there.

Thanks Dave!!!
