So this ability is going to be the same as using http://search.twitter.com and searching our *@username* in there? Yes it's the same thing. Summize was another option, it's nice to see it back up after some down time recently.

Dave, wasn't Summize acquired by Twitter and turned into Twitter Search? Or is there a separate Summize engine still? Curious because I find that Twitter Search has been pretty glitchy for the past month, probably as they work on rolling out the handful of new features we've seen. Would be nice to have a backup. Either way SO excited to see the "Mentions" tab!

Yes, they bought Summize and changed it to Twitter Search. I keep calling it Summize though, it's shorter to say ;-) I use Tumblr to archive my tweets: http://davestweets.tumblr.com/archive

It blows my mind that twitter.com is still the most popular way to use Twitter! With TweetDeck, Twhirl, DestroyTwitter, Twitteriffic, etc... who would use the website? I personally love DestroyTwitter. Great app for the desktop. TwitterFon is great for the iPhone.

I will give DestroyTwitter a try, I just came across it the other day. I highly recommend the iPhone app, Tweetie. It's the best one by far.

Or you could use the Twitter analytics tools built into Raven to check all of your retweet and other stats. Just sayin'. :)

Twitter seems to have new stuff every day. They always seem to be tweaking it. I use tweetdeck and twitter 50/50.
