Have you tried converting to a different format and uploading them to YouTube? You'd get a lot more traffic / views there too.

I'd host (and I do) on blip.tv. It's podcast friendly! They'll give you a flash player and link to the original file so you can put it on your site and podcast feed! I don't know if they will accept a flash file though. If your on a Mac use Visual Hub, it's not free but it's amazing!

I agree with Bill. Blip.tv is pretty good for hosting videos. And for converting, there's a free version of Visual Hub called iSquint. Maybe it'll work for you!

Thanks again guys. No luck with iSquint, I kept getting an error. Looks like I need that bandwidth to do this after all. Doh!
